Slimnose® Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. This includes payment verification, quality checks, packaging, and carrier pickup.

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically:

  • 6–8 business days for shipping

  • Total estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days (processing + shipping)

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges applied by the destination country.

Slimnose® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or additional international shipping requirements.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after carrier pickup.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made before shipment.

Slimnose® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Missing, or Delivered Orders

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors, family members, or building management

  • Look around common delivery areas

  • Contact your local carrier using your tracking number

If your package still cannot be located, please contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date:

Our team will review your case and provide further assistance where possible.

⚠️ Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.

Requests submitted after 15 days may not qualify for support.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Please keep all packaging materials until your claim has been resolved.

If approved, a replacement item may be issued.


Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 15 days of delivery:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the received items

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will arrange shipment of the correct or missing item if applicable.

Refunds are not provided.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including holidays, birthdays, or special occasions.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
